How do I know which size I am?

To figure out your best fit, go ahead and check the sizing guide on each page. If you are still unsure feel free to reach out to us using the contact form below (under HELP in the footer).

Why can’t I find items in my size?

We are doing our best to keep up with the demand. Our inventory is limited currently but we plan to expand our sizing options in the near future!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, ShopPay, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Does my order qualify for free stickers?

All orders will include at least one free sticker depending on supply.

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

All orders qualify for free shipping no matter how big or small.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

When an order is placed it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where they work effortlessly to make sure those orders get out in a timely manner. Because of this it is hard to adjust orders once they are placed. If your order must be changed or cancelled, please reach out via the Contact Us page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are just as excited for you to get your items and our fulfillment center is working hard to process the orders as quickly as possible. Please allow orders a total of 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed and shipped. You should receive your item in 3-5 days.

Once your order has been placed, you will be able to check your tracking info via the email you receive. Note that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States. This is subject to change in the near future!

Returns and Refunds

How do I return my item?

We offer free returns on all purchases as long as they are in reasonable condition. If you try it on and don't like the fit, don't like the colors, or just aren't feeling it for whatever reason send us a message. We'll get you a pre-paid label and as soon as the item arrives back to us we'll issue a full refund to your payment method. Please reach out directly via the Contact Us page.

Do you offer exchanges?

Please reach out with your order number and email associated with the order directly via the Contact Us page. We'll see what we can do.

What is your return policy?

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. 

All returns must be processed through our Customer Service team. Please reach out directly via the Contact Us page.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Your return will be processed in 24-48 hours once the package has been delivered back to us (excluding weekends and holidays). You will also receive an email confirmation, please reach out via the Contact Us page if you do not.
