Apparel Products and Fit

How do I know which size I am?

To figure out your best fit, please check the sizing guide on each page. It is located right above the sizing selector options. If you are still unsure feel free to reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

Why can’t I find items in my size?

We are doing our best to keep up with the demand. Our inventory is limited currently but we plan to expand our sizing options in the near future!

Are these products FDA approved?

Yes, all products we sell are FDA approved for distribution in the United States. That said while the products we provide are FDA approved the statements associated with them are not. Please always consult your physician before beginning any new regiments.

Are these products made in the United States?

Almost all of our products are made in the USA, aside from our Bee Pearl which is sourced directly from sustainable bee keepers in Indonesia. All packaging indicates the country of origin.

Shipping & Orders

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

All US orders qualify for free standard shipping from our locations in the United States. All apparel is shipped from our Los Angeles, California location, while supplements are shipped from our approved and secure facility in Colorado.

Canadian orders have a flat $10 CAD fee which is required for customs.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You should receive your item(s) in 5-7 days with our free standard shipping option. We have expedited shipping available for an additional cost which can be selected at checkout. Please allow orders a total of 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed and shipped from our locations in the United States. All apparel is shipped from our Los Angeles, California location, while supplements are shipped from our approved and secure facility in Colorado.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you sort out the situation. If something goes wrong we will do everything we can to make it right.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking information. You can also use our tracking tool by following this link: Track My Order.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer shipping to the United States and Canada. We'll be adding more locations soon!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, ShopPay, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Does my order qualify for free stickers?

All apparel orders will include at least one free sticker depending on supply. At this time our supplement orders do not include any stickers.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

When an order is placed it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where they work to make sure those orders get out in a timely manner. Because of this it is hard to adjust orders once they are placed. If your order must be changed or cancelled, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return my item?

For Apparel:

We offer free returns on all purchases as long as they are in good condition. If you try it on and don't like the fit, don't like the colors, or just aren't feeling it for whatever reason send us a message. We'll get you a pre-paid label and as soon as the item arrives back to us we'll issue a full refund to your payment method.

For Supplements:

We offer free returns on all purchases as long as they have not been opened or tampered with.

Please send us a picture and a description of the issue when starting your return as this will help us expedite your refund. We'll get you a pre-paid label and as soon as the item arrives back to us we'll issue a full refund to your payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! For incorrect sizing issues please use our automated system or reach out with the order number directly via our Contact Us page. For all other exchange requests please reach out to us with the order number directly via our Contact Us page.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for supplements at this time.

What is your return policy?

Apparel returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are in good condition with all original components and tags still intact.

Supplement returns will be accepted within 30 days as long as the item has not been opened or tampered with. Please send a picture and description of the issue.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Your return will be processed in 24-48 hours once the package has been delivered back to us (excluding weekends and holidays). You will also receive an email confirmation once the return has been approved and accepted, please reach out via the Contact Us page if you do not.
