How do I know which size I am?

To figure out your best fit, go ahead and check the sizing guide on each page. If you are still unsure, we recommend to size up as we tend to have more of an athletic fit!

Why can’t I find items in my size?

We are doing our best to keep up with the demand. Our inventory is limited currently but we plan to expand our sizing options in the near future!

My Orders

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Paypal. We also offer special payment terms via Zip.

Does my order qualify for free stickers?

All orders will include at least one free sticker depending on supply.

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

All U.S. orders will include an option for free shipping. Free shipping is basic ground and the timing to receive your order will depend on your location. We also have premium shipping options available if preferred.

What forms of shipping are available?

We have multiple ways to get you your order including Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express in the United States. All shipping options will be available for you to select at checkout - including the free shipping offer for U.S. customers.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

When an order is placed it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where they work effortlessly to make sure those orders get out in a timely manner! Because of this it is hard to adjust orders once they are placed. If your order must be changed or cancelled, please reach out via email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are just excited for you to get your items and our fulfillment center is working hard to process the orders as quickly as possible. Please allow orders a total of 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed and shipped. 

Once your order has been placed, you will be able to check your tracking info via your account page. Note that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking information, or you can log into your account and view your order.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return my item?

All returns must be processed through our Customer Service team. Please reach out directly via email.

Do you offer exchanges?

To assure merchandise and processing orders as quickly as possible we are not able to offer exchanges, and instead ask that you place a new order while we process your return for the item(s). 

To begin your return please have your order number and email associated with the order ready and reach out directly via email.

What is your return policy?

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Your return will be processed in 24-48 hours once the package has been delivered back to us (excluding weekends and holidays). You will also receive an email confirmation, please reach out via email if you do not.
